TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
An order from a customer placed for stationery is deemed to constitute acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
It is not permitted to copy, publish or distribute any part of this website without having the required consent of Inviting Moments.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time an order is placed. When we inform you that your order is ready, the outstanding balance must be paid before the order is dispatched.
Prices are subject to change without any prior notice. Any price increase will not affect any confirmed orders.
Our stationery is handmade and may therefore differ slightly from card to card, this is not deemed as faulty.
Whilst we take great care in the production of the proofs, you are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use any materials that you may ask us to use within your stationery (i.e. poems, hymns, etc.) and you indemnify Inviting Moments against any action brought against it for breach of a third party's copyright.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the copy you supply and for proof reading all text and copy that we set out in the proofs. You must make sure the proof is exactly as you want it before you approve it. Any changes must be confirmed in writing or by email. Any changes made after proof acceptance and commencement will incur a charge.
In the event of any cancellation of Wedding Stationery, Inviting Moments has the right to retain the 50% deposit. If we are due to complete your order within six weeks of the cancellation date then the full balance must be paid in full.
If the order is cancelled prior to receipt of signed proofs there will be no additional costs other than the 50% deposit already paid.
Please be aware that there may be small parts on our cards, these are not suitable for young children.
